These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of steelbrio.com (the “Website”), operated by SteelBrio (“SteelBrio”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

SteelBrio is a structural steel project services brand operated from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. SteelBrio is a business name and is not currently incorporated as a registered company.

Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about SteelBrio’s services, including engineering and detailing coordination, fabrication sourcing, material sourcing and subcontract management for structural steel projects. It is intended for business users.

Informational Nature of Content

Content on the Website, including service descriptions, articles and examples, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute:

• professional engineering advice, design approval or engineering certification; or
• a contractual commitment of any kind.

Standards and organisations named on the Website are referenced as examples of requirements commonly specified in projects. These references do not indicate certification, membership, accreditation or endorsement.

SteelBrio does not provide licensed engineering design in its own name, does not own fabrication facilities and does not certify products. Where engineering design, fabrication or supply is required, it is carried out by qualified partners selected for the project and under the terms agreed for that project.

Images on the Website, including those in the Projects gallery, are representative and provided for illustration only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not depict projects completed by SteelBrio.

Intellectual Property

The SteelBrio name and logo, and the text, graphics and layout of the Website, belong to SteelBrio or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own information or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Third-party names, software products and standards referred to on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

Sending an enquiry through the Website contact details does not create a client relationship or a contract. Any project engagement is subject to separately agreed written terms. Those terms set out the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, specifications and applicable requirements. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms of Use, the agreement prevails for that engagement.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.

Applicable Law
