When Teams Engage Us

Suitable Packages and Client Inputs

Subcontract management is most useful when a steel package depends on several external parties and needs one coordination point.

Suitable packages

  • Outsourced detailing and engineering packages
  • Fabrication subcontract packages
  • Material and specialist supply packages
  • Multi-vendor steel packages that need a single coordination point

Client inputs

  • Scope of work and package boundaries
  • Approved drawings and specifications
  • Quantities, schedule and budget targets
  • Approval route and decision authority

How We Work

From Package Definition to Close-Out

Each engagement follows a structured approach tailored to the package scope, project requirements, commercial arrangements, and agreed responsibilities.

01

Understand the Package

Review scope, drawings, specifications, quantities, schedule and commercial constraints.

02

Identify Resources

Approach relevant detailing offices, specialist engineering providers, fabricators or material suppliers.

03

Evaluate and Align

Coordinate RFQs, clarifications, proposal comparisons and contract scope.

04

Manage Interfaces

Track deliverables, changes, documentation and milestones with the client’s project team.

05

Respect Approvals

Final technical and commercial decisions remain with the authorized parties under the agreed contract structure.

Clear Responsibilities

Who Does What

Subcontract management supports the client’s decisions. It does not replace the client’s authority or the responsibilities of the contracted parties.
